Reiki & Restorative Breathwork Session

Service Description

In this 90 minute energy healing session, we spend the first 30ish minutes connecting and intention setting. We will dive into what's on your mind and open up your heartspace for healing. In the second half, I will verbally guide you into a relaxed state using restorative breathwork pattern while I channel reiki energy to you for your body to begin healing itself from within, which can be done over distance/remote. Reiki is universal life energy, and it goes wherever it is needed in your body - All you have to do is breathe deeply and allow for me to connect with you, your essence, and your intention so I can connect with your spirit team and clear your chakra system of any emotional "blocks" that are preventing the energy from flowing through your body effortlessly. This is not meditation. It's okay if you can't clear your mind and you should expect for your mind to wander during the session. This is normal. At the end, we will spend 10-15 minutes connecting on what came up for you emotionally, mentally, and physically, and I will share any insights or downloads I received from your spirit team during the session. I will also pull a tarot card and interpret it for you based on your intention (if you desire). *Additional sessions are recommended on a regular/routine basis to build momentum in your healing journey and begin moving from a place of balance, peace, and clarity. Prepare for our session: You will want to be alone and in a private and safe space where you can lay down comfortably and focus on feeling + releasing emotions (crying/yelling)
