& START TRAINING WITH CONFIDENCE
Spend 3 Months working with Janna bi-weekly to become a MASTER of giving dogs and humans the R.E.S.T.™ they desperately need.
This isn't some overly technical dog trainer certification based in theory and philosophy. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn and apply new knowledge, building confidence with the education and tools/techniques taught inside.

Janna's Pack K9 Training is proud to offer the R.E.S.T.™ Method Certification, starting in 2025.
During this 3-Month Program You Will:

Join Weekly Group Q&A Calls on Wednesdays (7PM ET) & Saturdays (6PM ET) at your discretion

Meet with Janna bi-weekly privately to focus on your progress in the Certification and the dogs you're training!
Upon becoming "Certified" and providing proof of active Dog Training Insurance self-coverage, you will receive a badge for use in marketing, in addition to a listing on my "R.E.S.T.™ Certified Pack Partner" Directory with your contact information and year of certification, so owners in your area who are looking for R.E.S.T.™ Certified trainers can find you easily.
R.E.S.T.™ Certified trainers will have the opportunity to co-host 3-Day R.E.S.T.™ Workshops with Janna and submit monthly content for Features to increase visibility in your service area!
Only Trainers who have at least 1 personal dog and active clients will be able to participate. Dog Trainers will be required to self-insure prior to being listed on the Certified Pack Partner Directory for prospective clients to contact.
3-Month R.E.S.T.™ Certification Investment is $3,000 (usd) and qualifies as a business expense for tax purposes.
*This is not employment agreement and Janna's Pack is NOT an employer. This is a dog training methods, handling, and knowledge certification and business development coaching/mentorship program only. Although optional participation in marketing opportunities, collaborations, and event partnership with Janna's Pack may increase your businesses visibility, no customers or sales are guaranteed as a result of certification. Janna's Pack K9 Training utilizes an organic marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and will make best efforts to support their certified trainers by incorporating submitted content into their marketing plans to help increase their trainer's brand awareness in your service area, however Dog Trainers are ultimately considered independent from Janna's Pack K9 Training and are responsible for their own customer acquisition strategy including closing and converting direct leads received as a result of being listed on the Certified Pack Partners Directory. Social Media posts are not guaranteed and long-term social media marketing services are not included in the certification or mentorship program.
While you get Certified, come to RALEIGH for an optional 3-Day Shadow Experience!
Bring one of the three dogs you are rehabilitating for Certification to Raleigh, and train out of my home & community with me for 3-Days!
Working spots only. Limited to 4 Trainers per group to keep the experience intimate, safe, and give every trainer adequate time to refine their skillset!
Accomodations are not included but a daily lunch will be provided. You will be onsite at Janna's home in Raleigh from 9AM - 5PM during your Shadow Experience and we will deep dive on

There will be time each day for Trainers (& dogs) to decompress, take short breaks, and each Trainer will get a dedicated 1-hour private session with Janna, daily!
3-Day Shadow Program Investment: $1,250
Although accessible, Janna's home is a 3rd floor townhome and is ONLY accessible by stairs.
While you are becoming an expert in dog psychology, behavior, and working towards your R.E.S.T.™ Certification, you have the option to begin building (or rebuilding) your business with Janna's support!
Between your bi-weekly certification sessions, work with Janna bi-weekly for 3 months to identify your dream clients, discover their true pain points, learn how to speak their language and meet them where they are TODAY on social media, email, and in your community so you can start to build TRUST with people who aren't ready to book NOW but will the only OBVIOUS CHOICE when they are

In this Business Development Mentorship, you'll use the social proof gathered while you get certified AND transform your personal brand to become a Trainer owners not just trust, but CRAVE to work with!
When you stop marketing with "viral" tips and tricks, or trying to be "relatable", you can market with transparency, authenticity, and from a place of true expert AUTHORITY, so owner's know exactly what to expect when they signup with you, and get them EXCITED to do the homework, before you even start - every trainer's DREAM, am I right?!
Although your personal results and growth will differ from mine, I grew @jannaspack on Instagram to over 11k Followers and generated ~$60k+ in training revenue over 1-year from purely organic social media marketing with no paid ads. You can expect to see results and improvement with consistent effort and applying the strategies and lessons learned from this Business Development Mentorship. Your business goals will dictate the type of social media strategy and types of content you need to post consistently! PREMIER Pack Partner
As a Pack Partner, upgrade you membership by adding an annual Behavioral Consulting Agreement and become a "Premier" Pack Partner!
This designation tells prospective clients that Janna is personally involved in your business, client cases, and will be consulted for the dogs in your care on a regular basis. Premier Pack Partners receive a bi-weekly 1-hr consultation to collaborate on cases and customized training plans with Janna.
$3,000 Nonrefundable Annual Fee. Qualifies as a business expense for tax purposes and may be discontinued any year to downgrade to a standard "Pack Partner".

We are committed to making this the most valuable Train-the-Trainer certification and mentorship available. Participation is going to be limited to those who are committed to adopting R.E.S.T.™ as their core training methodology for all dogs who enroll in their program.
R.E.S.T.™ is NOT COMPATIBLE with other training methods, styles, or approaches.
Trainers simply looking to become knowledgeable to join Janna's Pack Partners Directory / referral network, will not be considered. Local trainers in Raleigh/Durham and surrounding areas will not be considered. Trainers who are seeking knowledge but not installing this method as the core approach and local trainers are invited to attend a R.E.S.T.™ 3-Day Workshop instead.

For a limited time, Trainers who would like to complete BOTH the R.E.S.T.™ Certification and Mentorship can save $1,000 when you signup at the same time. Only trainers who are being certified or have been previously certified will be considered for business mentorship.
A non-refundable $500 Booking Fee is due to reserve your spot. Fee credited towards total balance due. Payment plans are available and balances must be paid IN FULL to receive your certification badge.
