Service Description

1st 2 Sessions will be held at Dix Park. Remaining sessions will be at Lowes, Greenways, and/or Downtown Cary at Janna's discretion based on your dog's needs. In-home private sessions are available to clients on an as-needed basis, after the second training session. At sessions, Janna will do any initial introductions of tools or techniques with your dog, and then do Leadership Handoff to you to practice the same skills. Janna will have 1-2 demo dogs for you + your dog to work around. During booking, you will select a Day and Time for your 1st training session. I will send a weekly calendar invite at the same day/time for the remaining weeks of your package. After purchasing, you will receive an Onboarding Kit with required service agreements for signing, a copy of our insurance, equipment list, and instructions to access the ON-Demand DIY resources included in your package. Equipment is NOT included in base package cost. You MUST select a package with an equipment kit, if one is needed. Equipment kits include E-Collar (Mini/Micro Educator), Comfort Pads for E-collar, Prong Collar, Safety Clip, and a Convertible Leash. Service Agreements, Vaccination Records, and Lifestyle + Behavior Assessment are due no less than 3 days before your first training session or your full training package will be cancelled and require a $200 fee to rebook. Should you choose to cancel your training package for any-reason, booking fees are non-refundable.
